Those are the buckshots off of the BII before I sold it. The fronts are new and the rears have about 1000 street miles on them. The Wheels are some old chrome modulars that were rusty before I cleaned then up. The harbor freight Manual tire machine for the install

. They may need to be balanced still, Maybe

Unless the rust has eaten clear through the chrome plating, an SOS pad or some steel wool will clean the crome up. Add some polish for shine and protection.

I used some rust inhibitor and a wire wheel. I hand scrubbed it with the wire wheel. You can see the imperfections when you get closer. Then I washed them with a citrus degreaser.
