Vintage R/C

Post by Nobody »

I've been hanging on to this since I was a kid. I can't find a date, but it's probably 20-25 years old. Someday I'd like to build a nice chasis for it.

I have one of those but it is blue and says Bigfoot on it. I couldn't find it for a pick. I think one of the Martians got it . I will have to locate it. I do have this though. It has 2 stroke airplane motor and it is geared to one of the rear wheels. I think it must just do circles. I have never run it and I don't think it has ever been run. Good compression. It has a copyright of 1972 on it.

The origonal Big Foot was a 1976 Ford F250. Not sure when it actualy became a popular monster truck. Just a guess, but I'd say your R/C is modeled after a '79 which might make it a '80s vintage toy.
Can't think of anything witty, intelligent, or cool to say...guess I'm just stupid.
