Rear Antilock and Brake light on all the time, Rear Antilock

I have a 1990 Bronco II 2.9 4x4 and recently my rear antilock and brake lights are on all the time. I have done some reasearch and checked that my brake fluid level is good, and the brake level float works. I have also pulled the codes by shorting the diagnostic connector by the e-brake to ground. This gave me a code 4 which I have found indicates a RABS valve switch problem. I have found out that this is a dealer only part at almost $200. I have heard that the sensor can be tested for resistance to see if it is bad, but no one I have talked to (even the dealer) had a diagram as to where this valve switch is located or what it looks like. I would like to test the sensor and maybe replace it with one from a junkyard? What years would have this sensor? I have also heard of the possibility of unequal brake pressure can cause this light, but this did not make any sense to me has anyone heard of this? Any help would be appreciated.

I also had this problem when I ran a bigger then stock tire. But if you need the light to go out the right way find a 88 -90 (i think) and it should have the rear anti-loack breaks on it. Really rear only anti-lock isnt really that great. You really need front and rear to make a difference.
