I dont want to use a 205 because of its weight and I really dont need something that heavy duty

by no v8? why drive?
The Np208 has a low range of 2.61:1 while the BW1356 has a 2.69:1 low range. The BW has a larger chain and is generally stronger but it is also a much larger unit. If you are talking about swapping on in a RBV, its going to take alot of frame notching and renforcing to get the BW in there. The NP208 fits much easier with little or no grinding needed. Its also plenty strong for a light RBV.

That seems like a really long assembly.
