With all this talk about 4.0l you guys are making me think about doing it myself. HA HA the wife's going to be pissed.

nah she will get over it, besides the 4.0 is much more dependable than the 2.9 and the power difference is worth it...... will give about 60 - 80 more HP

I'm working on my second 4.0 swap if that tells you anything about how easy they are.

well i just picked up an 84 BII im thinking 302 this time ...... but might go for the 4.0 again....... but i am building it strictly for a trail rig when i start it......
