sweet!!! where almost ready to sell.. im hoping to get some leave to come up there and take care of a couple of things before we put it on the market. the deck in the back needs attention and it needs new carpet. if everything goes well we'll be ready by AUG.... i want to buy a piece of land and buiuld a home not sure exactly where yet but somewhere up North.

I think August would be a good time to sell. My house has gone up 50% in the 3+ years I've owned. Gotta love that zero down VA loan! :usa:

congrats on the job man, we are in the middle of the housing boom right now. prices are up, but the thing is if you sell you can't get what you have for the same price so many are kind of forced to stay where they are at.
