How hard is it to install a body lift on a 84 b2, & whats the cheapest place to buy one.
no v8? why drive?

Its not hard but it will take a few hours and you need to pull the gas tank to get at the back bolts. You also have to pull the seats and carpet to get at them. I think PA is about the cheapest. You can try ebay as well.

I think I got a trailmaster 3" set from JC Whitney for about $100. It was pretty easy, I didn't have to pull anything except a lot of carpet.
Stay off the pipe, don't forget to wipe.

To install a lift it sould not take no more then 2 hours. You do not have to remove the gas tank or the seats to get to the bolt holes just fold the carpet back. jc whitney should be the cheapest

yeah its hard to get at the nuts near the gas tank but not neccesary to pull tank and just fold up carpet in the Foot area for driver/passenger and entire rear carpet to get at all the bolts and two in very front of engine compartment

took me 2hours the second time but the first time took me 7hours due to broken bolts.
