low oil pressure

my 2.8 has been reading at 0 oil pressure when its cold but when it warms up its normal is my oil pressure sending unit going out or what please help :wtf:

What oil are you running? Changed the filter lately?

Usually, OP drops after warming up. I think there's a pretty good chance it's guage or sending unit related.

There is a fitting that the oil sending unit threads in on the front of the motor. I have had them both fill up with sludge. remove the sending unit and then the fitting and clean them out. It is easiest to do this under the front of the vehicle cause the fuel pump is in the way.

synthetic blend for 4x4s and a bosh oil filter I chang the oil every 3000 miles
