Problem With Brake Fade
Hi i got a problem with my stock brake system, for some reason even after bleeding the system 5 times! the brakes are still fading bad, we changed out the master cylinder and brakebooster and still nothing, the only noises i hear when i put on the brake are coming from the front passenger side and it sounds like a creeking noise; however, me and my buddy took off the front tires and pressed on the brake while tring to turn the rotor with a tire iron and the rotors would not move like their supposed to but while moving the vehicle the brake starts to go all the way to the floor, so im just at my wits end on this on guys can you please give me any advise, even if you think you may know a better way to solve the problem then the next guy please let me know i need all the help i can get on this one, becuase my next step is to take the damn thing to a brake shop :(
Sounds to me that your master cylinder has gone bad. It is pushing the brake fluid past the piston seals. No amount of bleeding will cure this probelm. Pull the fill cover off of the master cylinder and have a buddy pump the pedal. Watch and see if bubbles appear. That is a good indication. Also unbolt the master from the power brake booster. you might see brake fluid there. good luck

Make sure there are no vacuum leaks. Especially the line going to the booster.
When you bleed the brakes, always start with the tire furthest from the master cylinder and work to the closest tire. So it's RR, LR, RF, LF. Engine OFF
If you are certain that you are doing everything righ, then it is probably a bad master, blown wheel cylinder etc.
