yup that's right and i'm only 23

got a 24x24 detached shop and a 2bdrm basement suite

interior needs updating (paint new floors etc.)

Congrats! Buying a house is one of the best things I could have done.

Is real estate all crazy up there like it is here?

yup i wanted to do it as young as i could luckily i have good parents willing to help me

i don't see the prices goin down too much due to kelowna and area being one of the most desirable places in canada to live

and if you'd ever been to the area you would know why as i sit here it's 102*F in the shade and iv'e got a sunburn
