I'm not sure what to say about your clutch. Mine works
Mine is also very close to the exhaust. I don't really think that's the problem anyway.
What setup are you using, any mods?

ranger master cylinder, cut and spliced line, and f150 slave mounted to the bell. i think im gonna try and bleed it again and see what happens.
