Well, i have changed everything but the booster, rear hose, and metal lines. Front brakes were still building too much pressure. When checking and re-checking everything,i re-measured the brake booster push-rod that goes to the master cylinder with a digital caliper (unavailable to me before) and found it to be out too much (+1.00"). My repair manual says it shouldn't be more than .995" from the master cylinder mounting surface.
After adjusting the push-rod in properly and test driving, the brake pedal has a ton of travel before I get any braking action. There is no more pressure build up... finally. Call me crazy I get a little nervous when i go to hit the brakes and they go half-way to the floor before starting to slow me down.
So the question I have is... did having the push-rod out too far damage my brand new master cylinder thus causing my problem?

You probably just took the rod in to far. you might have to adjust it a couple of times to get it right. adjust it back up to where u dont have slack but not so.much that it puts pressure on the master cylinder.
