hey im new here i just purchased a B2 and something just dosent seem right... is the 2.9 and a 5 speed now heres the problem when i take off its seems real hard for it to get going the back end hops like something its sliping and today i tried spining the tires and it didnt really move is that the clutch?

Now when i was just driving it when i had the clutch out it was making like a static rubbing sound like the clutch was trying to engage and when i pushed it in the sound went away any help???????

Sounds like the clutch to me , while you're changing the clutch I'd spend the extra money and have your flywheel turned, change the pilot bearing, and the slave cylinder the slave cylinder and throwout bearing are 1 piece

the clutch still have a bunch of pressure is what makes me think that it is not the clutch

okay another update took it to my buddy today and he said its not my clutch its something with either the rearend or the driveshaft im thinkin the driveshaft because i went under it and the cv shaft boot at the rearend side is ripped and i can see the bearings and ive been noticing like a clicking noise

the noise that goes away when you push the clutch still needs to be adressed. i'm willing to bet it is the release bearing. might as well put a slave cylinder and pilot bearing in as well.

take the rear shaft out and drive it,see if the noise goes away
