walks the road
walks the road
I just bought an 86 BII what can i do to make it drive better? It walks worse than i have ever drove and i have drove some real pos before. It has a lift (6" i think) and 35" tires i have to keep it toed in bad just to make it driveable. The alignment shop said it's because my steering linkage is angled because the lift it already has a drop pitman arm is there anything ican do to help this. BTW this is my first BII so ill probably be askin alot of ?'s like this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: walks the road
well i see it still has the orignal outter tie rod ends that are mounted in rubber. those move to much. in the first pic it looks like to much spring for the lift brackets. send me a another front end shot but farther away. and how much air you got in them tires?? how play in the steering box??
