need some help plz.

i got a 1985 bronco ii wit a 7 inch lift on 33s. well i just got done at work putting a roof on and i was leaving. and when i started to go. it felt like my bronco was jerking back and making a clonking noise. and after like 2 seconds it would stop and. the whole way home i had top ease onto the gas to go. but when i would take a left or right turn it would do it. i have no clue what it could be.

Does it move forward and backward in a straight line without any jerkin and clanking?

Does it only do it in a turn?

Is this an auto or stick

Is this an "On the fly 4 wheel drive" you know automatic hubs?
