4x4 R & R writeup

I am looking for a writeup for removal of all 4x4 suspension, transfer case and whatever else to convert my 2wd 87 B2 to 4wd. I have a 84 B2 4x4 donor veh. to further complicate matters donor , 4x4 veh is 5 spd and 87 B2 is A4ld. any help is appreciated. I am not a mechanic so need all the help I can get.
