Tech specs for fluids

I dont know the specs for 87 bronco II, like what type of transmission fluid and oil does it take and what type.

ATF runs well in either the auto's or Manuels. I've ran Dextron III in my 5 speed an transfer case for over 10 years, w/o issue. Shifts better/easier, runs cooler, as well.
