If you find out what the problem is let me know. I have a similar issue that I have yet to pinpoint. I replace the tank, both filters, pressure regulator, and all 6 injectors. I did NOT replace the in tank pump however. All my diagnostics seemed to indicate that I had proper fuel volume at the rail and the tank was very clean inside, it just leaked at the seam. I also did relocate my TFI. Have you done that as well?

I replaced the pump in the tank and it completely solved my problem. My truck would start dying when I'd start it after it was already warmed up. I concluded that it was in fact a fuel issue and went ahead and replaced the pump in the tank. It idled fine, so the fuel pressure was there, but there was no fuel volume. That means the in tank pump, not the rail pump.

Been a week now and absolutely no problem at all. I can't get it to stall out no matter what I do to it, and that's a VERY good thing. Also, I went through the floor to replace the pump. If you get everything lined up right you only need to cut out a panel that's around 6" square. It made the job SO much easier and it was pretty simple to fab up a few bits of sheet metal to screw the panel back in place.
