what's the best lift point for the 2.9L engine?

what's the best lift point for the 2.9L engine, is the intake manifold strong enough?

If it has a std trans, remove the upper intake manifold then use the two bolts(#2 runner) that held the upper to the lower. If you have A/C, an P/S leave those on the bracket that bolt to the front cover an exhaust manifold, and lay the whole thing out of the way. Remove the D/C Alternator, as well. Lift the engine about 1 3/4" to 2" above the engine mount studs, hold the transmission there, and when you bring the engine forward it will be at just the right angle for removing, and reinstalling. Be sure to run the manifold bolts in as far as they were before, for safety
