Trans fluid in trans and transfer case.

Post by cajun66 »

I'm just about through with my automatic to manual swap and I need to fill the transmission and transfer case with fluid. What grade ATF do I need?

the t-case needs the ATF cause it has a pump in it

the 145/146 dont have pumps, but the M5OD has a oil slinger so that(M5OD) takes ATF

Many thanks Ranger Dave. I'm glad I asked. I would have put atf in both.
