smoking when first started

Post by 85broc2 »

My ford bronco II is smoking when I first start it but then it stops after a few minutes. Is this something that I should be concerned about?

It is just a sign that your motor is gettin Old and tired like me. I smoke in the morning a bit myself!!!

Like they said valve seals and worn guides. If it gets to be constant then maybe a stuck or broken oil ring. Nothing a Complete overhaul wouldn't fix.
