help stupid running lights

So my running lights are not working the bulbs are brand new the brake lights work and all my fuses are in good shape im running out of ideas in what it could be....CAN ANYONE HELP

I'm guessing that I would very quickly check out your headlight switch. Remember that your parking lights are lit on the second or middle detent on your switch. Should be fairly easy with a trouble lite or multimeter to check out.
