Some forum for B2 I saw axle codes?

Does anyone now where I can look up my axle codes?
I don't remember which forum I saw it on.

This is what was on the rear axle tag:

top of tag: 6x 8H 3622

bottom of tag: 7375 S604A

That is what I could read with my eyes
