Duraspark swap and charcoal cannister wiring

I am in the middle of a Duraspark swap on my 84 BII. I have removed the smog pump,egr valve, computer ,all wiring vacuum lines,ect. I had disabled the smog pump and EGR before going through emissions testing just to see what happened, it passed fine, so I gleefully threw all that mess in the trash. The only thing I am going to keep hooked up is the charcoal cannister, just to keep from smelling gas vapors. In my haste to remove wiring, I didn't notice where the power for the charcoal cannister purge solenoid comes from. Does it come from the (now removed) computer, or from elsewhere, perhaps the connector where the wiring for the oil pressure and coolant temp gauges on the driver's side?
