5.0 h.o fuel rails/lines

Post by vabronconut »

i am putting my 93 h.o back together and started mapping out the fuel line routing, the h.o. injector lines run from the front rt of the engine, where the rest of the 5.0's run from the rear of the intake. i am looking for solutions to hook up the fuel lines. i really don't like running the from where they are not because they pass under the headers. did you guys change to a different fuel rail or what did you use for fuel lines?

The 302 in my Bronco II was carbed, so I didn't have to deal with it.

On the 5.0L I'm putting in the EB, I just purchased some OEM style nylon fuel line. I haven't made the lines yet, but it looks like it's going to work out perfect. Just cut the OEM fittings off and reuse them. Cheap and easy to do. You might consider running on the outside of the frame to stay away from exaust.

No clamps. You just heat the hose in hot water and press on, just like the factory. Trust me, you cannot pull the ends back off!

It took me serveral weeks to find the fuel line. I was about to order the $2.50 per foot stuff, but decided to do one last search on the net. Good thing!

Here's another site you may be interested in... $$
