Q on tire size

Got another question for you guys. My 86' bronco II is my daily driver for now and until I get a new daily driver, the extreme modifications will have to take a halt. .. . One day, it'll become a sweet project, but for a junior in high school, all I'm looking for now is a good daily driver that can do some casual off roading here and there. Now my question, I don't plan on touching the suspension until it becomes a ' true project', but i did install a pair of conservative fender flares which look good but make the tires look dwarfed in comparison to the truck. So what size tire can i fit without any modification to the fenders and or suspension. I need it to stay somewhat reliable but I want the truck to sit and look better. I'm not a big fan of body lifts, but how much would say a 2" or 3" help tucking a bigger tire?

to tell you the truth, i don't want alot of lift, either. what i plan to do, is a 2" lift all around ($150-$200 lifted coils, $50+/- for shackels, and a 2 inch body lift ($100). then i could tuck 33's with possible minor trimming - which should be fine depending on your flares.i like the look of this.

for 450 bucks plus longer brake lines and possibly shocks, you'd do alright. body lifts more than 3" are both hard to find and kind of dangerous. don't make your body lift out of hockey pucks and be ready to replace body bushings that have gone bad.

i've heard that a stock bronco can run 31's with some light rubbing at full turn. with 2" lift , 32" tires will rub. with 4 " lift, 33" tires will fit no problem.

anyone correct me if i'm wrong, because this is what i'm basing my plans on.

I run 235/75/R15 on mine and they look great and do well offroad without rubbing or anything. I think it's a 29 inch? Not sure.

I ran 30" BFG AT's on mine for years. You should be fine 29s or 30s.

31 inch tires only fit if they highway tread. 30 inch can have a small mud tire. 235/75-15 are 29 inches tall so those would look kind of small.
I fit 33's stock but that was with cutting the fenders to the extreme. I would stick with 30's.

I have 32x 11.5 with a 2inch body and they rub pretty good. Oh they are a mud tire.
