Loose Steering

I have fairly lose steering in my B2 and I dont like it. I can almost turn the wheel about a 1/4 turn before the wheels actually turn. How can I tighten that up? New tie rods or bushings?

it could be many thing tierod ends ball joints steering box do you have any tire wear problems?
