for a lot less you can buy a 1350/1350 or a 1350/1354 double setup from either Gremlinstein at www.4-x-fab.com or from Duffy Machine.
I have one in mine that is a 1350/1354 that i tinkered around with for two years before I ever got serious enough to finish and use it. I went with an automatic C5 at the same time and only ended up cutting 1" out of the rear shaft. Front shaft is from an Olds Bravada with 1" out of it too.
I swapped from a 5 speed originally. Only regret I have is that the guy who built my automatic did just a half assed job and it flares badly on the 2-3 shift and really bad back on kickdown from 3-2 shift. Shift kit and c4 valve body helped a very small amount.

That's a nice doubler! Nice and light compared to the 203 doubler, doesn't look like there's any added length either.
Twin stick is overrated. Definately makes shifting the Dana 20 easier, but I've found there's not much benefit on the trail. The places where I thought Front wheel drive would help, there just wasn't enough traction to bring the front around.
