newbee here, want to do half cab on it, any suggestions?

well, hey everyone, this is my first post here. tell you guys a lil bit about my self. well, im 16, i ride dirtbikes 4 times a week, and when ever im riding i always watch all the offroaders mudding and crawling and i've always enjoyed it. so, my neighbor moved back too cali and i asked for his 1988 bronco 2, eddie baurer edition. i replaced the fuel pump and she's up and running now, and the intereior is perfect, except some small rips in the top of the truck.anyways, i am planning on lifting this thing, putting some bigger tires on it, and maybe a body lift if it comes to it. and it really needs to be sanded, primered and painted.

but before i paint it i want to convert it into a pickup/bronco II kinda truck. i guess i wanna do a chop top on the rear seat area to turn it into the bed, starting from the beggining of the rear window, all the way back. i want to put a fold down hatch on it, like a pickup truck(do you think a ranger will bolt up if i fab a piece for it click onto on the rightside, or should i just fab the stock rear hatch(i need it to fold down since it will be such a short bed, i need the extra length for my bikes tires to sit on). i want to seal the cab off, how would i go about this, any info would be welcomed on how i should go about this or a link to recent post or walk throughs on this subject.
