I got it for 2.06 yesterday in Memphis. A guy posted on fullsizebronco.com that he paid 1.86 in Missouri. Isn't Calif, Oreg, and Washington still around the 2.90's

2.00 Man that would be nice if it came down to 1.65.

franklin (about 15 mi south) showed $1.97 this morining and we went down to $2.04. I would like to see $1.75 but I don't think its going to happen. also I don't buy into that this is all because of elections...it may be part of it but not all of it. I think it has to do with the end of summer, production is up, and they are affraid we are going to continue the push for alternative fuels.

I think a lot of the price differences around the country have to do with state gas taxes.

I don't think it has to do with the elections either. Winter fuel is always cheaper. I'm sure they'll come back strong next summer though.

gas prices

The cheapest around where I work is $1.94 for 87 octane. Near where I live is $1.99-$2.04 for 87. Thank God I don't have a diesel to fuel up. This stuff is $2.59-$2.79 around here.
