question about 429 ci engine

has anyone heard of putting a 429 ci engine in a b2? or is that too radical? im having a hell of a time finding a 302 for my 2.9l swap, but i have a 429 sitting in my shed with 60k original miles

Anything can be done with enough force. I think you may have some serious Fit problems. A 302 fits with nothing to spare and it is significantly narrower.

Now having said that I do believe I remember someone stuffin a 460 into the B2. I don't know how they did it but it was done..
