I saw one last night, looked about the same size as my Bronco II.
Anyone know anything about them?

Whats the modern equivalent of a Bronco II?
When I replace my current Bronco II in a few years I'd like to buy something about 10 years old or so that is similar to my Bronco II. This is a vehicle I only drive in winter, about 15,000 miles a year.
I'd like something about the same size, not as big as an Explorer. Wheelbase 95 to 105 inches ...

Need advice on strange rear driveshaft. 90 B II 4wd
Well, I got the transmission fluid changed, noise reduced.
But a new noise , a squeaking/chirping from the rear when I decelerate. Does not change with brake application, rear end has enough fluid.
I'm pretty sure this is a u joint problem.
But its a strange rear driveshaft with 2 rubber boots ...

Drive train noise help needed.
1990 2.9, 5 speed manual. 150,000 miles. Fluid recently changed in tranny.
No noise when accelerating or slowing down. A rumble when I let off on the gas but before I slow down, almost like a universal joint noise but they checked out ok.
As I come to a slow stop I have a little mechanical noise ...

'90 Brono II 2.9 What mileage to expect? 19 MPG bad?
I just got this on the road. 145,000 miles. Runs well, new O2 sensor. Plugs look ok. Brakes not dragging. Manual tranny.
Got 19 MPG on the first tank. 25% in town driving, 75% highway at 55 mph. Flat ground driving.
Is this normal?
Anything I should be checking on? MAF sensor cleaning?

Temp gauge malfunction. Help needed.
I just started up this Bronco II after getting it 2 years ago.
The temp guage does not move at all even after 10 miles of driving. Other gauges work normally.Temp seems ok so I need to find out why the gauge doesn't indicate anything.
I've never had to troubleshoot a gauge. How do I tell if its the ...

Bronco II Slow shift to 4wd.
I have a 90 Bronco II thats been sitting in the shop waiting its turn to get a new clutch for a year. Now that I put it in I seem to remember that this was slow to shift into from 2wd to 4wd. I also seem to remember there is a simple fix for this. I'd like to fix it now while I have the transfer ...
