the answer is yes, this will work and will lift your BII about 1.5-2", however, there are some tricks you will need to do if i am to understand this correctly, on the leafs you will need the Ex. bolts to reuse, not the BII bolts (or vise versa) or something like that......it has to do with the size ...

you can also replace you springs with Explorer springs from the JY and get a cost effective lift of about 2-3" ive been told.

you will also need to use a torque convertor from a c-4 since the c-5 has a lockup feature, and the c-4 valve body will need to be used, again to by pass the lockup functions in the c-5 valve body. i simply used a complete c-4 i had to disassemble the trans and replace the output shaft and extention ...

okay......is this the same size as a BII rad?.....should be close, right? what year Taurus is the donor? and what radiator would be recomended for a v-8 conv. ? is there something i can get from the junk yard to make work without much cutting?

hi guys! im not sure who i am addressing but i had a question about the 302 conversion showcased on the home page.....the headers you used sort of resemble the hedman headers for BII/ranger swaps, are there any similaraties? i am in the middle of a swap myself, and i just bought the hedmans http ...
