Looked around the net and found this fix. I struck the retaining pin one good time with a 1/8 in punch, the "axle" of the tumbler broke and the main body popped right out. I just picked out the rest of the tumbler with some needle-nose and the new tumbler just slid right in. a fix for the 25 bucks ...

i lost the key for my 1985 bronco II. I have a replacement tumbler with a key but cant seem to figure out how to remove the old tumbler with out the key. if anyone has done this or knows how input would be sweet.
