I have a 1986 B2, 2.9. When you start it, the idle is high like it should, then it comes down like it should after it is warm. When you drive it, or give it gas, the idle stays high. Almost like the cable is sticking but it is not. The idle will stay around 1000. If you shut the B2 off and re test ...

Got the little thing running perfect. I wanted to match the other components in the engine bay, so I took off the coil a painted to match. I made sure all wire connection where clean of paint, put it back on and no spark now. Bought a new coil, still no spark. Any ideas.

I already have the EGR vavle off and cleaning it. I will be replacing all vacuum lines this week end.

Can anybody tell me how to, or where I can get a soft top conversion?

2.9 V6 5 speed. It will lope at idle, but give it gas it is fine. Could that be a TPS problem? Bad or out of adjustment. How do you adjust the TPS.
