Bronco Graveyard has a few sort-of universal couplers for nylon lines. I assume you just have to figure out the diameter and thread pitch of the different connectors and lines, and then cobble something together yourself.

The graveyard does have an OEM metal fuel line for the first GEN b2 but not the second. Maybe with more online searching once you get a few ideas about what things are called. They don’t ever make it easy do they?! Good luck.
