Hello folks,
I just picked up a stock 1989 bronco II. One of the many things I wanna do to it is reinstall AC under the hood. It’s partially there already. I believe everything from the firewall into the cab is still still there.
So I want to add a new compressor, lines, condenser, and whatever else needs replacing/upgrading. My problem is figuring out whether I have factory or dealer installed AC.
I’ll post pics here. Seems like the filter dryer & exp valve often indicates dealer installation, but all the air ducting in the cab is solid plastic and seems factory. Totally confused, please help!
Thanks so much!
1989 BII Dealer or factory AC? Help identify please.

That all appears factory to me, but I don't have anything to compare to. I don't think dealer installed A/C was a thing on the Bronco II's. Should be pretty easy to source a lot the parts at a junk yard.
