Just bought a 85 BII Eddie bauer edition with 80,000 on a rebuilt engine and tranny. So for my question, fuel gauge is erratic says full after fueling but upon driving about 10 miles drops to E and then will come back up to quarter tank or so upon stopping at red light and them after gettingnhime and starting the next day gauge reads half and then continues with its erratic movements. Temp gauge stays bottomed out, voltage gauge stays right in the middle and oil press gauge fluctuates between the O and R on normal. So is my voltage regulator shot or is there a chance ot is both the fuel sending unit and the temp sensor? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
