What year is it? If it's fuel injected, there is an idle solenoid on the left side of the intake when you look at it from the front. It controls the idle, and if it's plugged or sticky it will cause low idling issues. Most of the time you can take the idle motor off, and clean it with some carb cleaner, and make sure the plunger moves in and out freely. One way to check it is to have it idling, and unplug the wires from it, and if the idle drops, or it dies, then most likely the motor is good. If the idle doesn't change, then the plunger is stuck, or it's defective.
If it's carbureted, then on the right side of the carb facing it from the front there is an idle screw at the lower right side by where the trhottle cable hooks to the carb. Take a flat screwdriver, and turn it slowly clockwise till it idles up.
