starting issue

i just finished rebuilding my bronco put in motor, never ran when i got it. i hooked up the starter and battery cables and went to crank it, and took the key out and it still cranking by itself. put on a new relay, same thing please help dont know what to do

I would check the ignition switch sounds like the guts are hanging up. if it keep going even when the engine is running then it sounds like your starter is hanging up on something. or the soleniod isn't working

i did a frame off resto and forgot to reconnect all the grounds :D ,
