Door Panel Help 1989 Bronco 2

I am running new speaker wire to my speakers in my truck but I dont know how to take the door panels and the panels in the side off to get to the speaker. Can anyone help me out?

there are small screws in the carpet area of the panel and also the armrest area there are a couple larger screws. when taking the panel off use some kind of screwdriver with a forked end to pry the plastic tits from the door. do not just yank it off, it iwll tear the inside of the door panel.
