C4 Tranny
I nead to know where i can find a c4 transmission eqipped for offroad, and with the right connection to the transfer case. Please help me out.
Damn squirrels never leave my head!
take a C5 from a 84-85 BII. they are basicly the same thing and they will bolt to the V6.

well, the thing is you can use the C4 bellhousing and converter on the C5 and it will bot to the 302 and your transfer case. sooooooo......if you want a built tranny you can have the C5 beefed and use the C4 bellhousing and converter. after doing this you just have motor mounts, headers, wiring, oil filter relocater, fuel pump and radiator to think about. if you are putting the 302 in an 84-85 BII with an auto and A/C you can possibly use the radiator that came in it from the factory and the factory carb with a 302 2bbl intake manifold. this will now set you at motor mounts, headers, oil filter relocater and an electric fuel pump.
