bronco chop top

i have a 87 bronco 2 . i want to chop the top and install a ranger tail gate . i was also thinking a bout a removeable soft top for those rainy days. is this possible and how hard would it be. any info would be apresiated

go look threw the members rides...mine was chopped and it was ok but it leaked and smelled like pond water...but the smell of pond water was because of a slight miscalculation on the drivers part

the soft top is fairly simple.you can look at mine it is much like a boat top it is canvas with button every 2 inches. any upohlstry guy can do it.as for the chop top.grab the sawzall and a metal blade and cut away!!fyi dont break the side windows pulling them its a big mess.
