i have a 87 bronco 2 . i want to chop the top and install a ranger tail gate . i was also thinking a bout a removeable soft top for those rainy days. is this possible and how hard would it be. any info would be apresiated :redneck:

go look threw the members rides...mine was chopped and it was ok but it leaked and smelled like pond water...but the smell of pond water was because of a slight miscalculation on the drivers part :D
71 Bronco - twin sticked, full width, 2" lift, wristed arm, lots of rust...

the soft top is fairly simple.you can look at mine it is much like a boat top it is canvas with button every 2 inches. any upohlstry guy can do it.as for the chop top.grab the sawzall and a metal blade and cut away!!fyi dont break the side windows pulling them its a big mess.
