there is a adjuster on the solid axle d44 i have. how much it adjust i dont know but it sits between the shaft of the upper ball joint and the knuckle. my question is c an it be adjusted with the ball joint in or do i have to bust it loose?

I think I've heard of some adjustable balljoint busings....the stockers are not, they are for setting the preload on the balljoint. I've also heard of tapered shims that go behind the spindle. Never seen either one though. Are you sure you need to make an adjustment? Might just be a bad balljoint, wheelbearing etc...

well all the hardware is new.... the driverside looks like its off by eye i'll post up some pics when i get off of leave...
