Yeah.... in all fairness, they came off my parts EB and were old school duff bushings, and they were set on FIRE when the brackets were torched off the frame. Then of course I've been pounding them for the last 6 years.
It wasn't actually blown apart like that, I just noticed a crack and easily pulled it open. For all I know it's been like that for ever
My BII doesn't see much summer wheelin. Usually around October/November I start fixing things so I don't brake down in the snow, or worse my driveway
I've been daily driving it some too, before I got the top back on the EB. Appearantly my headlights are just the right height to piss people off....forgot about that
