Turkey Bay 05

Post by DBrown »

I am putting a trip together and I figured I would invite everyone. this is basicly a shake down run for me but I do plan to abuse the BII a little.

trip dates:

June 2,3,4,5

we are leaving at 8am thursday morning from Bowling Green so we should arrive around 10am.

cost:

you have to get a permit.....3 day last year was $15, and $8 to camp per night.

right now I have 2 deffinate people comming and 2-3 maybe's but I am going even if no one else does so you can count on me being there. if any one is interested please contact me or respond to this tread and I will get you any info I can. hope to see you on the trail!

just wanted to give a report.........everything worked well. the truck is 100% more stable with the SA. didn't even have to get the tools out and I even rolled it twice....

I am leaving town today and will not be back till the end of the month so I will try to get the video footage of me smashing my doors in later.

yeah, I laid it on its side twice on the same rut. once on the driver and once on the passenger. it was a V shaped hill that 3 of us attempted. I got up on it the last time but no one was spottong me so I smashed it down pretty hard. not too much damage though......both doors are junk and the driver fender is trashed. I have spares

I am getting the VHS footage tomarrow and a friend has 2 or 3 digital clips.
