Have you heard?

Has anyone heard about the new James Duff lift for Rangers and B2's? I'm going to get it when I get the money. It's a 5 1\2 inch lift. Then I'm putting 33s on it.

I've heard about it but last I heard it was still in the testing stage and wasn't on sale yet. If it is from duff it will probably be great, they aren't going to but something out there that is going to diminish their image. Make sure you get pics without it installed, pics during the install and after and post them up along with a tech article for everyone to be able to learn from and decide if they want to use it. You gonna get some 4.56s and a Dana 35 and 8.8 too? A locker would be a good idea too and then you would have an awesome rig. All you would have left would be a 4.0 or 5.0 swap.

There is a techicnal article about it in the July 2005 4wheel & off-road magazine. They show it on an 88 extended cab Ranger.

If James duff is going to ask that for a f**king suspension lift then its a no go. If I was willing to spend that much money, I would go ahead and do a SAS!

The Price is around $1800-$1900 but you are getting a lot more than a suspension lift. This is one of their stage 3 lifts which when compared to their smaller stage 3 lifts ($1670 for the 3 inch) isn't that much more. The lift comes with everything - progressive rate coils, new lift leafs, 6 new shocks with dual shock hoops and coil buckets up front, drops brackets with new bushings, extended radius arms, and a drop pitman arm. I'm not trying to advertise for them, I have only bought weld on C-wedges from them to do SAS with a 3/4 ton axle, but it doesn't seem like a bad deal when you realize all that you are getting in the kit and add all the extras to what you would get out of a superlift or pro comp lift and end up at the same price.
