Ford Bronco automatic transmission leaky

I hope someone can help me.
I have a Bronco 5.0 4x4 (1989 model).
One day there was a lot of oil under my car. Looking underneath, I saw drops of oil dripping down the component as shown in the picture.
I suspect that behind it is a seal that is leaking.
How can I remove this part? I tried today. Unfortunately without success.
Is it possibly secured from the inside?
I try to get these spareparts which you´ll see in the picture.

And the second question is, how can I fill up the automatic transmission oil?
