I got a guy that has a set of 5.13s with a front locker for $300... sounds fair to me. What do you think?

I have been lucky on this rig so far..got everything together except the gears to do my swap.

Total So far:

Bronco 2 $150
Starter $40
Seats $40
36x12.50s/Rims $300
Axles D44/Ford 8.8 $75 (for both)
Drive Shaft $20
Ford Radius Arm Brackets $20 (pair)
Front Coils. Free
Rear Leafs $40 (pair)
Shocks. Free

Not to bad... I will post some pics when I get some time!!

I want to chop the back off my bronco like you did yours, except i would like to be able to figure out a way to pop the back back on like a canopy since i live in the rainy state of washington, but i am interested in the step you took to take ur back off and create a tailgate
