need help wit 4.0

ok i got the 2.8 bronco ii right now wit 4 inch suspension and 3 inch body. i was thinkin bout gettin a 2.9 bronco ii taking everything off of mine and puttin it on the 2.9 cuz the 2.8 has no power. but if i get the 2.9 is there anything extra i gotta do to put a 4.0 in it?

From a 2.9 to a 4.0 is mostly wiring changes but you also need to use a 4.0 trans.

why dont you just keep the bronco you have now and put a 4.0 in it.
if you use all the wires from the 4.0 you will be fine.
i did the 2.8 to 4.0 swap with my bronco and it went well. just need to drill one motor mount and get a fuel pump and lines from a 2.9 bronco2
